What we help with
Most people need more than one of these at once — which is why one team covers them all.

Children
At home, after school, and short breaks for parents.
Young people
Transition to adult services, college and travel training.
Adults
Supported living, personal care and a social life.
Professionals
One named contact and an honest answer on capacity.
Cooking, art, swimming, coffee out

The things people ask first
If yours isn’t here, call the office — you will speak to someone who can answer it.
How quickly can support start?
Simple packages often start within two weeks. Complex rotas take longer, because we recruit and train to the person.
Can we choose our support workers?
Yes. You meet the team first, and can say no to any worker without explaining why.
Do you cover nights and weekends?
Support teams run 24/7, including waking nights, sleep-ins and bank holidays.
Who pays for the support?
A local authority budget, direct payments, NHS or joint funding, or privately.
